Nyeri Governor H.E. Mutahi Kahiga met with the Kenya National Music Festivals organizing committee members ahead of the national festivals which are set to start in August 2018. Nyeri Governor H.E Mutahi Kahiga on Tuesday, 24th July 2018 launched a water project that involves  drilling of 15 new boreholes in Nyeri County. In partnership with the National Water Conservation and Pipeline Corporation, the County Government of Nyeri will drill the 15 boreholes at a cost of 23.1 million shillings.
